On Thursday April 23rd, students and alumni gathered over Google Meet for BMCAA’s first virtual trivia night. Andrew Tran had a box of donuts that he couldn’t share with everyone (unfortunately) but many had their own snacks and drinks. A wild Thursday night to say the least!

The questions were divided into 5 categories: Everything BMC, Disney/Pixar, Medical Illustrators, Harry Potter, and Name That Science Song. Beautifully led by exec team members Susan Le and Chelsea Canlas, participants were read the questions and given 15 seconds to answer.

As everyone focused on the questions, the group chat bubbled with jokes over the questions, whether points counted for certain answers, and how much about BMC and the campus some of us had forgotten. The questions were really well prepared, and got everyone’s gears turning.

Everyone did an awesome job, but the winner of the night was Jenny Chin, with a whopping score of 62 points out of a possible 90, who showed her incredible memory and skill and hit it out of the ball park. Big congratulations!

We hope that everyone is safe and well. As we are all staying home, we will continue to host BMCAA’s monthly events virtually. Trivia night was a big hit so if anyone has any suggestions for themes for our next one, feel free to reach out to us at https://www.bmcaa.com/contact. If you would like to join us and have some social time amidst all that is going on, stay tuned for event updates via our Events Page or mailing list (sign up if you haven’t already!). Regardless, we are wishing you all the best in these times. Hope we see you at our next event!
