All the positions listed below are available for a minimum of a 2-year term (unless indicated otherwise).

Co-Presidents
2 positions available
Co-presidents are responsible for overall leadership and oversight of BMCAA activities to achieve its objectives, and alumni outreach. This includes, but is not limited to, leading Executive Committee meetings, establishing and managing a plan to accomplish BMCAA objectives, and communicating with alumni regarding news and events, via email and social media.
Head Media Editor

The head media editor is responsible for managing the overall production of all BMCAA print media. This includes, but is not limited to, overseeing the production and design of the annual Viewbook and managing the Viewbook Layout Editors.
Webmaster
1 position available
The webmaster is responsible for ongoing maintenance and updates to the BMCAA website. This includes, but is not limited to, adding content (such as monthly blog posts) and new functionality to the BMCAA website. This position is for a 1-year term, with the option of extending it to a 2-year term.
Secretary

The secretary is responsible for documenting the plans and achievements of BMCAA at meetings. This includes, but is not limited to, taking meeting minutes at Executive Committee meetings and the Annual General Meeting, as well as organizing and maintaining all BMCAA documents in an easily accessible format that is updated on a regular basis. At the end of their term, the secretary is also responsible for creating printed copies of BMCAA documents for archiving.
Viewbook Editor

The viewbook editors are responsible for collecting material from BMC students to be published in the annual Viewbook. Under the guidance of the Head Viewbook Editor, they are responsible for the design and layout of the Viewbook spreads.
Second Year Rep

The second year reps are responsible for soliciting views from second-year BMC students to convey to the BMCAA Executive Committee and BMC leadership. Since BMC student representatives may often be near the BMCAA head office, while other Executive Committee members may be offsite, the student representatives will be responsible for maintaining the physical material collection of BMCAA. This position is for a 1-year term only.
First Year Rep
1-2 positions available
The first year reps are responsible for soliciting views from first-year BMC students to convey to the BMCAA Executive Committee and BMC leadership. Since BMC student representatives may often be near the BMCAA head office, while other Executive Committee members may be offsite, the student representatives will be responsible for maintaining the physical material collection of BMCAA. This position is for a 1-year term, with the option of extending it to a 2-year term.
Events Coordinator

The events coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing activities that achieve BMCAA objectives. This includes, but is not limited to, creating event location bookings, guest lists, tickets, schedules, and communicating logistics with the rest of the Executive Committee. This position is for a 1-year term.
News Editor

The news editor is responsible for researching and collecting all news content in relation to BMC, the BMCAA community and other related professions and ensuring it reaches the greater BMCAA community accordingly. This includes managing the newsletter Gmail account, compiling all blog articles into a PDF annually and assigning/managing blog posts to be written and published online. This position is for a 1-year term.
Treasurer

The treasurer is responsible for tracking the finances of BMCAA, managing the BMCAA bank account and coordinating sponsorship efforts. This includes, but is not limited to, liaising with finance authorities at BMC, University of Toronto and sponsors and maintaining an up-to-date budget spreadsheet. The treasurer is responsible for creating event budgets, helping to prioritize BMCAA activities based on available funds, and advising on all expenditures.
Outreach Coordinator

The outreach coordinator is responsible for liasoning with industries, individuals, and institutions external to BMC and BMCAA in order to establish and build presence. This includes but is not limited to seeking out events and conferences that are of common interest to the alumni community, establishing and maintaining relationships with companies, and developing engagement strategies for the alumni community.
Graphic Design Manager
1 position available
The graphic design manager is responsible for the creation of all digital visual media for the BMCAA’s activities, including (but not limited to): event marketing collateral, newsletter and website/blog graphics, and other visual media as needed. Responsible for developing and maintaining the BMCAA brand and ensuring visual cohesion of all externally-facing visual media. Responsible for managing a library of new and legacy design assets, such as branding elements, templates, style guides, working files and completed designs.
