Patient Journey Workshop: Using Creative Problem-Solving to Impact Patient Lives
Creative problem-solving is a powerful skill that BMCers possess, and it can be applied across many industries to impact patient lives. Come discover how it can be leveraged in healthcare consulting during an interactive 1.5 hour workshop lead by Coactuate!
Participants will learn how a patient journey framework can be utilized to identify key pain points along a journey and how these key pain points can be prioritized to ensure strategy planning focuses on the most significant challenges facing patients. We will discuss how this top-down/bottom-up approach is not only applicable in a healthcare consulting setting, but also can be applied now in biomedical communications projects (think user experience design!).
The event will be highly interactive, including ideation and discussion in small groups, and participants will leave with a new tool in their biomedical communications toolbelt.
Location: The comfort of your own home! The event will be held on Zoom. Stay tuned for the meeting link!
Date: Wednesday, September 29
Time: 8:00pm - 9:30pm EST
