This Sunday, September 22, BMCAA held the annual summer BBQ and potluck at High Park. The group was lucky enough to catch one of the last super hot days of summers and enjoy some fantastic food together amidst the lovely scenery at the park. Susan Le and Paul Kelly fired away at fresh burgers and skewers on the grill as guests brought in a wonderful variety of treats, from rotisserie chicken to cookies and milk tea, for everyone to share. The BBQ quickly turned into a feast!

What better way to enjoy a sunny afternoon at a park than with dogs? Alumni were joined by Jodie Jenkinson who dropped by with her two lovely dogs, Rufus and Lili. More gorgeous BMC dogs appeared later, giving everyone lots of needed dog-time.

Amongst the attendees were a few current students. It was great to get to hear how the school year has been going - as expected, things are full-swing already. Nerves for the approaching anatomy midterm and excitement for MRP production were shared with recent grads and alumni. It was also a great chance to get to congratulate our incredible new grads on their success at the AMI Conference, and for finishing their time at BMC. We wish them all the best in their new journey as working individuals!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and made this event a huge success. BMCAA hosts events every month, so don’t miss out on the next one! You can see recent and upcoming ones on our Events Page. Also, please sign up for our mailing list in case you haven't yet done so!
